So, I had 4 cups of coffee today and coffee makes me hate food, which is amazing, haha.
I had:
Coffee for breakfast
a bannana and pear for lunch
dinner: well I had myself 2 light laughing cow cheeses; that makes it 70 calories (didn’t notice how much it was till now :[), coffee, and I’m going to make myself some salad with light blue cheese dressing.
I did real good yesterday...
Hell yeah fast today!
I still feel fat though, hopefully I wont tomorrow.
I did drink juice with calories in it, which was a shitty idea.
I feel like suck an ass hole. I ate lastnight. Chips and pizza. So many calories, all I do is think about it. I feel so gross still. I haven’t eaten all day. I think at 5:30 I’m going to eat 45 cals worth of broc, carrots, and coliflower.
